What happens if I go over my included edit time?
If a request goes beyond the included monthly time, we will let you know before starting. Extra work can be billed separately.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly edit time does not roll over. Each plan is designed to keep your website consistently maintained month to month.
Can I cancel my care plan?
Yes. Care plans are intended to be simple and flexible. We do not believe in locking small businesses into confusing long-term contracts.
